Request for Bids
We are accepting bids through 5pm on Friday, December 24, 2021 from contractors interested in our Lower Jensen Restroom renovation project. Contractors should download and fill out this Construction Bid Form (Excel file), which has a link to the Scope of Work and drawings, and email it to adam@mtcross.org no later than 5pm on Friday, December 24, 2021. The board will review and award the contract no later than January 5, 2022.

Where are We?
We're 9 miles (20 minutes) from Santa Cruz, and have 100 acres of coastal redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Right on HWY 9, between Ben Lomond and Felton, we have easy access to many places, but you'll feel like you're in a secluded and peaceful place as soon as you come onsite.
