Jr. High youth groups and confirmation groups from across northern California and western Nevada pinch their pennies to attend this incredible winter event on the California coast.

A Confirmation/Jr High Retreat focused on group building, Bible Study, Team Initiative Program (ropes/challenge course), movin' about games, music, inspirational talks, and a little bit o' FUN!

Nate Nolting will be returning as our speaker for JAM 2012!

Speaker/Facilitator: Nate Nolting

Nate is a graduate of Pullman High School in Pullman, WA and of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN. He has 10 years of experience in camp and youth ministry, loves bicycling, playing basketball, running and hiking, playing and listening to music and traveling. He also loves sports. Nate has been married to his wife, Kia, for five plus years and they currently live in Steilacoom, WA alongside their dog, Milton. Nate is the Summer Program Director at Camp Lutherhaven and Lutherhaven Ministries in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Music: Jonathan Kopecky

Jonathan has been playing music since he was in high school. He loves music and has a passion for the way it connects us to Jesus. He also knows how to have fun with it. He will get your youth jumping, yelling, and also opening their heart to the Spirit - responding to God in praise and worship. Jonathan is the Director of Christian Ed in Lodi, CA, with his wife Amy and their new son Elias.

Housing and Adult Leaders: All particpants will be housed in Evergreen/Redwood dorms and Madrone cabins. These buildings have bunk beds and shared bathroom facilities. Adult leaders will stay with youth from their church and youth from other churches. Each church group needs a male and female adult leader if they bring male & female youth. Must have at least 1 adult leader per 7 youth.
