Team Initiative Program (TIP)

Challenge Course ... Ropes Course

rebirthMt. Cross provides facilitation leadership for its Team Initiative Program (TIP). Start with warm-up and group games on the ground. Next, go with your team of 8-12 participants through a skill building Trust Sequence to ready yourselves for a series of difficult low initiatives designed to challenge your group.

After a good day of building team skills, spend the next morning on the High Ropes Course. By this time your team has had the opportunity to become enthusiastic encouragers for individuals on belay high up in the tall redwood trees.

Combine TIP with your group retreat outcomes.

TIP Philosophy

The MTC Team Initiative Program, or Challenge Course, is designed to benefit groups, teams, etc. Although the individual will be challenged and have opportunity for growth, it is designed in the context of the team.

MTC requires that groups spend at least 3 hours on low team building initiatives before proceeding on to the high ropes course. Even after 3 hours, MTC reserves the right to decide if a team is ready or not for the high ropes.
